Nagarjuna Batters Brooklyn for 5 Hits Friday, August 9th , 2013 Ajavindu Nagarjuna was on fire, sparking his club to a win, 11-1, over the Atlantics. The Boston second baseman was a tough out and went 5-for-5 against Brooklyn in a fine hitting display. "I got my pitches and I connected. They all found the right holes on the diamond. Some days you hit shots and they're right at somebody and some days they fall in." Ajavindu Nagarjuna doubled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Alemana Kulan in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Alemana Kulan in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Roldão Quintanilha in the 6th and hit an RBI double in the 8th.
