Ottawa Trades Garza for Vancouver's Phillips Wednesday, November 20th , 2013 A trade between Ottawa and Vancouver was made official this morning. The Capitals have sent 19-year old minor league 3B Jose Garza, 20-year old C Bernard Lowis, and 24-year old minor league LHP Cody Braswell to the Bruins in exchange for 30-year old RF Pete Phillips. During his 155-game career Phillips has batted .262 and collected 154 hits, 20 home runs and 65 RBIs. |
