SPBC Player of the Week Named Monday, September 16th , 2013 Matt Hayes did nothing to hurt his value as an upcoming free agent last week, making contact with the ball at every opportunity and reeling in the Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit Player of the Week Award. The left fielder hit .364 for the Buffaloes, recording 8 hits in 22 at-bats, 5 home runs, 8 RBIs and 6 runs scored. In 76 games Hayes is hitting .241 this season with 63 hits, 18 home runs, 39 RBIs, 62 walks, .386 OBP and has scored 48 runs. |
