Brandt Caps Great Week Monday, August 19th , 2013 Hamilton Tigers first baseman Greg Brandt rose above the controversy surrounding his soon-to-expire contract, thriving under pressure last week and copping the Player of the Week award in the Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit. Brandt put up a .444 batting average (8-for-18) with 5 home runs, 10 RBIs and scored 8 times. This season, Brandt has hit at a .245 clip and produced 33 runs batted in, 11 home runs and 33 runs. |
