St. Louis-Las Vegas Swap: Reyes for Glaser Friday, December 20th , 2013 Proving the old adage that one man's trash is another man's treasure, the Lions announced today the acquisition of 29-year old CF Uz Glaser from the Las Vegas Aces in exchange for 20-year old minor league LHP Alfredo Reyes. "This isn't the deal of the century," acknowledged the Lions, "but we think it will improve the direction of both teams." In his career, Glaser has played in 232 games with a .226 batting average. Among his 140 hits are 17 doubles, 2 triples and 16 home runs. He has also scored 80 runs and driven in 60 runs. |
