Aces, Union Close Deal Thursday, December 12th , 2013 The Aces and Union pulled the trigger on a deal that will see 22-year old minor league RHP Ben Scarbrough, 20-year old minor league 2B Tyler Patton, and 22-year old minor league SS Shawn Jones head to Chicago in exchange for 31-year old LHP Adam Muhammad. A source close to Las Vegas officials said, "The teams spent long hours coming to the agreement and in the end, both agreed the deal should help both clubs." Lifetime Muhammad has a won-lost record of 64 victories and 45 losses with 768 strikeouts in 1001.1 innings and a 3.50 ERA. |
