Pro Circuit Cup Sweep for El Paso
It was a hard-fought battle for both teams to make it this far. But as the saying goes, "to the victors go the spoils." For the victorious El Paso Diablos, that meant the Professional Baseball Circuit Pro Circuit Cup trophy.

The Diablos took a 3-1 victory over the Las Vegas Aces at Caesers Palace Colosseum, winning their 1st championship after taking the series 4-0.

"We've got grit," said Diablos third baseman Gary Payer, who was named MVP of the series. "We know how to win when we have to."

The new titleholders completed the regular season with a first-place finish in the West Division and a 65-23 record.
