Getting offensive support from Alan Tompkins, the Las Vegas Aces topped the Detroit Motors, 7-3. Tompkins went 2 for 4 with a home run and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once for the Aces. At 5-3, the Aces have played well so far.

With Las Vegas leading 2-1 in the bottom of the fifth, Tompkins hit a changeup from Iulio Faletau for a 3-run home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Aces ahead, 5-1.
