Ingram Victimizes Pilots
|
In a low-scoring affair between the Philadelphia Keystones and the Atlanta Pilots, pitcher Ron Ingram was the difference between victory and defeat. The Philadelphia right-hander earned kudos in the 3-0 Keystones win. Philadelphia has now won 3 in a row.
Ingram gave Philadelphia an exquisite performance. The right-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits over 8.2 innings.
"I made a lot of good pitches," said Ingram. "I was right where I wanted to be."
