Phillips Delivers Walk-Off Win for Peanuts
Kosho Otani imposed his will on the Shamrocks from the get-go. Relying mainly on his fastball, the right-hander spearheaded the 5-1 San Francisco triumph. San Francisco is 17-23 and Boston, with the loss, 17-23.

The decisive blow was delivered by Chris Phillips in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a grand slam home run off 33-year old right-handed pitcher Justin Barbee to win the game for San Francisco. The home crowd went nuts.

"We fed off the energy of the crowd at the end," Otani said.
