Allentown Fleetwings starter Chris Shipman turned in a top-notch performance against the Ottawa Capitals at Fleetwings Ballpark. The result was a win for the Fleetwings, 4-2. In 7 innings, Shipman surrendered 2 hits, while striking out 7 and walking 4. He allowed 2 runs. The victory gives the Fleetwings a record of 16-10.
