Diablos Win at Boston, 6-0

Behind the hitting of Kevin Brown, the El Paso Diablos stopped the Boston Shamrocks, 6-0. Brown was 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for the Diablos. El Paso pitcher Sam Conroy got the win, upping his record to 3-2. Edwin Quevedo got the loss. After today's action, El Paso sits at 24-10, while Boston falls to 13-21.
The Diablos got a big at-bat from third baseman Gary Payer. For the game, Payer was 1-4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the top of the first, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 8th home run of the season gave El Paso a 2-0 lead.
