Tillmon at His Best, Whips Keystones Sunday, September 23rd , 2012 Ian Tillmon of the Chicago (R) Blackhawks was on fire against the Philadelphia (R) Keystones at PBC Rookie Development Complex. He shut them out, 3-0, on 4 hits, collecting 6 strikeouts and allowing 2 walks. "The first two pitches I'm looking for an out, a ground ball or a fly ball," Tillmon said later. "I'm trying to get quick outs. I've never been a big believer in trying to strike a guy out from the very first pitch. It's too easy to end up behind in the count doing that."
