Year Ends for Johannes Pakkarinen in Las Vegas (R) Monday, September 3rd , 2012 The Las Vegas (R) Aces were dealt a blow today when reliever Johannes Pakkarinen left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Pakkarinen has suffered bone chips in his elbow and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. Pakkarinen has pitched 62.2 innings and molded a 5.31 ERA with 5 saves. He has surrendered 68 hits while registering 83 strikeouts on his way to a 8-8 record for the Aces this year. |
