Hamilton Out of Playoff Race Saturday, September 29th , 2012 Heartbreaking. Agonizing. Devastating. They were all words being used by the Hamilton Tigers after today being mathematically eliminated from the playoffs. "It stings to come this close but come up short," said manager Jose Gonzalez. The Tigers have missed the playoffs 7 times in their 11 years as a Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 3rd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2009. |
