Warriors Trade Leland to Keystones for Cobos Tuesday, December 4th , 2012 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Washington Warriors and the Philadelphia Keystones have agreed to a deal that will have 29-year old 1B Mike Leland heading to Philadelphia in exchange for 30-year old RHP Roger Cobos. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. Leland has a career .272 average with 312 hits, including 53 doubles, 1 triple and 56 homers, collected 200 RBIs, scored 156 runs and compiled a .349 OBP. So far in Cobos's career, the 30-year-old starter has won 20 and lost 30, collecting 291 strikeouts with a 4.60 ERA. Opponents have hit .258 against him. |
