Washington Shuts Out Miami, 4-0 Saturday, September 22nd , 2012 In an outstanding mound performance, Washington Warriors starter Ron Clous fired a complete-game shutout against the Miami Sun Sox at Sun Sox Stadium. Clous was the key to the 4-0 Washington win. The 32-year-old right-hander was in high spirits for much of the game, his mood largely unfazed by the 1 hit and no walks he allowed. "1 hit?" he said with a laugh following the game. "Listen, I'd be happy with a 30-hitter, as long as it was a shutout." This season, Clous has 11 wins and 6 losses and a 2.54 ERA.
