Did Players-Only Meeting Have an Impact? Sunday, August 26th , 2012 Willie Zamora recently held a players-only meeting with members of the Detroit Motors, to discuss issues on and off the field during their recent struggles. But Zamora now says he's not so sure if the meeting had any impact. "I mostly talked, some guys listened, some it seemed to roll right off their back. I don't know, I guess we'll see how the rest of the season goes," he said, while still being unwilling to discuss the specifics of what was talked about in the meeting. |
