The St. Louis Lions racked up a win at The Lions Hearth, bumping off the Dallas Texans, 5-3. Kevin Williams, who started for St. Louis, pitched effectively for his team. Jon Flores, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 4th save. The Lions have now won 4 straight.

Matt Weber, who is tied for 3rd in the PBC in RBI with 70, took Dallas hurler Eric Streeper deep in the bottom of the third. His 3-run home run put the Lions on top, 3-1. In all, Weber had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.
