Tigers Earn Win with Late Rally
Hamilton Park was rocking after an exciting Tigers win.

Due in part to catcher Corey Meyer, the Hamilton Tigers chopped down the Vacaville Steelheads, 9-8, in 11 innings. Meyer went 3 for 6 with a home run and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Oliver McPeak, credited with the win in relief, is now 2-0. He allowed no runs on no hits in 2.2 innings.

The Tigers got a clutch hit from center fielder Chris Caldwell. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Tigers.

Said Caldwell: "What's not to like about a walk-off win?"

The win puts Hamilton at 39-28 this season.
