Las Vegas and Houston duked it out and the Aces came out victorious.

Las Vegas first baseman Tae-gyoon Moon had a 6-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Houston Mavericks, 10-7. Gabe Hogue earned the win. Ricardo Santana, who finished 4th in the PBC in strikeouts with 165 in 2010, took the loss for Houston. Luke Dickerson earned save number 1.

Alan Tompkins had a big 2-run double for the Aces in the top of the sixth inning. With Las Vegas leading 6-5 and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he got a cutter from Franklin Martinez and swatted a double to left. It was his 4th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Aces ahead, 8-5.

"What's not to like about a win?" said Moon.

The win makes Las Vegas 23-20.
