The Vacaville Steelheads picked up a win at Goldeyes Park, knocking off the Winnipeg Buffaloes, 5-4. Starting pitcher Josh Schisler played a key role in the triumph. Keon Miller picked up the win in relief. Oscar Angel took the loss for Winnipeg. The West Division-leading Steelheads have a record of 30-19.

Vacaville took a 5-4 lead on James Ogletree's 5th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Ogletree hit in the top of the 12th, left Winnipeg pitcher Matt Hemmelgarn visibly frustrated.

"We earned that one," said Ogletree.
