The Vacaville Steelheads welcomed the Las Vegas Rollers to an afternoon game at Vegas Stadium.
The Vacaville Steelheads wanted a good start from Sean Lee -- and he delivered one. The result was a 4-2 Vacaville win over the Las Vegas Rollers at Vegas Stadium. Lee got the win, improving to 5-1. He gave up 7 hits and walked 4 over 7.1 innings. He allowed 2 runs. Keon Miller was called on to finish, recording his 1st save.
Victor Araque, who is on pace for 58 RBI this season, aided the Vacaville cause with a run-scoring single in the top of the fourth. For the game, the third baseman was 2-5 with a double. He drove in 2 runs.
"I was just trying to be aggressive and fill up the zone," said Lee.
Vacaville is now 21-11, Las Vegas 11-21.
