Aztecas Take Down Buffaloes, 6-5, in 10
The Mexico City Aztecas faced a tough opponent in Winnipeg pitcher Michael Maya, but found a way to pull out the victory at Estadio Azteca by a final score of 6-5 in 10 innings. Maya went 7 innings and allowed no runs. The Aztecas move to 18-13 with the win, while the Buffaloes drop to 13-18.

The decisive blow was delivered by Michael Queen in the bottom of the tenth when he hit a solo home run off 25-year old right-handed pitcher Chris Rosario to win the game for Mexico City. The home crowd went nuts.

"We're all about heart and hustle on this team. That's what wins ballgames," Queen told the Mexico City Citizen.
