Saskatoon Moose starter Adam Judson turned in an exceptional performance against the Hamilton Tigers at Moose Grounds, resulting in a Saskatoon win, 4-1. Judson, now 3-2, was the winner. In 7.1 innings, he gave up 4 hits, while striking out 3, walking 1, and allowing 1 run. Saskatoon is now 18-12.
Cory Lincke had a big bases-clearing double for the Moose in the bottom of the second inning. With Saskatoon leading 1-0 and the bases loaded, he got a changeup from Victor Zapata and swatted a double to right-center. It was his 2nd double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Moose ahead, 4-0.
"Adam was exceptional and he pitched with a purpose," said Saskatoon manager Justin Fisher.
