The Ottawa Capitals handed the Allentown Fleetwings a 6-5 defeat at Fleetwings Ballpark. First Baseman Rafael Tobar starred for Ottawa. He went 2 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Steve Post got credit for the win, improving to 2-3. He allowed 5 runs on 9 hits in 7.2 innings. Jamie Stewart closed it out for Ottawa, earning his 4th save.

The Capitals got a big at-bat from first baseman Brad Duchow. For the game, Duchow went 1 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the top of the third, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 8th home run of the season gave Ottawa a 2-0 lead.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Ottawa manager Ricky Wilson.
