The Mexico City Aztecas topped the Green Bay Braves, 4-3, in Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit action at Estadio Azteca. The game was highlighted by the performance of Mexico City pitcher John Frost. The Aztecas upped their record to 14-12.

The decisive blow was delivered by John Smith in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a solo home run off 25-year old right-handed pitcher Sean Thomas to win the game for Mexico City. The home crowd went nuts.

"This game was intense," Frost said, postgame.
