Eagles Lose to Buffaloes in Walk-Off
The Winnipeg Buffaloes used a great performance from Michael Maya, who is tied for 9th in the SPBC in quality starts with 3, to beat the Newark Eagles, 2-1, at Goldeyes Park. The victory makes Winnipeg 7-10.

Dorek Bolesta was the walk-off hero for Winnipeg. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Buffaloes pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Wins don't come easy," Bolesta told the Winnipeg Times. "They don't just hand them out like lollipops."
