Free-for-All Costs Tolo and Youngberry 4-Game Suspensions Tuesday, September 28th , 2010 Today the league office handed out 4-game suspensions to Gherardo Tolo of the Aces and Martin Youngberry of the Knights for their roles in a benches-clearing skirmish at PBC Rookie Development Complex yesterday. The league commissioner said in the statement to both organizations, "This league does not condone fighting and aggressive conduct on the field, thus we had to take action to discourage this behavior in the future." During the current season Tolo is batting at a .263 clip with 9 home runs and 29 RBIs. He has played in 49 games and scored 29 times. |
