Evans Named Top Reliever for R Friday, October 28th , 2011 At the young age of only 19, Ethan Evans has been named the PBC Rookie Complex League Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2011. The future appears bright for the Boston (R) Shamrocks relief ace, who captured the award with 16 saves in 43 relief appearances, 78 strikeouts in 61 innings and a record of 5-3 to go with his 2.51 ERA.
