Kimura Bangs Out 5 Base Hits Wednesday, September 28th , 2011 It was a sensational day at the plate for Atlanta (R) Pilots second baseman Isei Kimura, but a tough one for the team, as the Pilots dropped the contest, 8-1, to the Miami (R) Sun Sox. Even with the loss, Kimura was pure misery for the Miami (R) pitching staff. He left them shell-shocked after going 5-for-5 in an explosive display of hitting. "It's always good to get a bunch of hits in a game, but you also want to win," said Kimura, who is the 18-year old second baseman . "Kimura really hit the ball hard and when you do that, you've got a good chance to do some damage," Sun Sox manager Khalil Miller told BNN reporters after the game. "I feel like we threw him some good pitches, but he just put some good swings on the ball." Isei Kimura doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
