East Division Champs Crowned: Manchester Monarchs Tuesday, September 28th , 2010 The Manchester Monarchs have won the East Division. "We made it. Everything we talked about doing in spring training has come true so far," said Allberto Menagem. "We're not done though, there's still a larger goal in mind." Manchester has a record of 50-35 record and will by vying for their 1st Amateur Circuit Cup. It was the club's 3rd East Division title.
