Stars Won't Get Playoff Berth Wednesday, September 28th , 2011 The mood in the Arlington Stars clubhouse was noticeably subdued today, as the club's fate on the season was officially sealed -- they will miss the postseason. "We put ourselves in this position," said Stars starting pitcher Joseph Partridge. "Nobody to blame but us." The Stars are still searching for their first playoff appearance. The team has now missed qualifying for the postseason in each of their 9 seasons in the ABC. |
