Brooklyn Loses Ryan Headd, Will Miss Season Wednesday, June 30th , 2010 When Brooklyn right fielder Ryan Headd was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Atlantics-Grays game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Headd had sustained a torn labrum and will be out for about 8 months. In 13 games this year, Headd has posted a .250 average and put up these numbers: 2 home runs, 4 RBIs and 4 runs scored. |
