Rumors Confirmed, Rinehart Retires Monday, August 22nd , 2011 Boston Battalion officials flanked Clint Rinehart as he announced his retirement from pro baseball today. Rumors have had him on the verge of retirement since late last week but were not confirmed until today. "I want to leave the game the way I came into it," said Rinehart. "I don't want to become an embarrassment to myself and the team." |
