Moon Belts 3 HR Against Dallas Monday, September 5th , 2011 The Dallas Texans won't soon forget the display of raw power by Tae-gyoon Moon of the Las Vegas Aces. He victimized the Texans by pounding three pitches out of Everything's Bigger in Texas Ballpark to spark his club to a win, 16-5. "I got three pitches down the pipe and popped them," Moon told reporters. "Today I was in a groove. Tomorrow, I could just pop up the same pitches and go 0-for-3." In addition to the homers, he collected 4 RBIs and scored 4 runs. Tae-gyoon Moon hit a solo-shot off David Stewart in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Ben Hachtel in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Mike Nunn in the 6th, singled in the 9th and grounded out in the 9th. A look at his season totals shows Moon with 29 home runs, .308 BA, .380 OBP, 57 RBIs and 63 runs scored. |
