7 Straight Wins for Shamrocks
Boston registered a win at Shamrock Grounds by beating the San Francisco Peanuts, 4-2. Pitcher Chris Phillips was one reason why the Shamrocks triumphed. The victory makes Boston 11-6, as the team seeks a return to the playoffs in 2011.

The Shamrocks got a big at-bat from third baseman Zachary Bailey. For the game, Bailey was 1-3 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 6th home run of the season gave Boston a 3-0 lead.

"This team keeps racking up the wins," said Shamrocks manager Matt Mays.
