Fuller Named Top Reliever for R Saturday, October 30th , 2010 He may only be 19, but Josh Fuller of the Chicago (R) Blackhawks has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the PBC Rookie Complex League. The reliever was today named the R Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2010. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 6 saves in 40 relief appearances and 79 strikeouts in 64.2 innings. He had a record of 5-4 to go with his 2.09 ERA. He received 18 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Ch'ang-chieh Jung of the San Francisco (R) Peanuts finished second in voting, while Brad Kearney of the Atlanta (R) Pilots finished third.
