Blues Sanchez Named R's #1 Player Monday, September 27th , 2010 Juan Sanchez of New York City (R) was a smashing success this week, winning the Player of the Week Award in the PBC Rookie Complex League. He hit everything the pitchers threw at him, hammering them for a .611 batting average, going 11 for 18 with 2 home runs, 6 RBIs and scoring 5 times. So far this season, Sanchez has recorded a .280 batting average with 67 hits, 13 home runs, 41 RBIs, 33 runs scored and a .338 OBP. |
