Great Day for Macdonald -- 5 Hits Saturday, July 17th , 2010 Washington (R) center fielder Arthur Macdonald had a day to remember, 5-for-7 against the Miami (R) Sun Sox at PBC Rookie Development Complex as the Warriors picked up a win, 24-3. "He was patient up there," Washington (R) skipper Rich Jones told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Macdonald has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes." Arthur Macdonald doubled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Bill Lopez in the 6th, hit a three-run home run off Jukka Heiskanen in the 6th, struck out in the 7th and grounded out in the 8th.
