Fort Wayne Devastated by Playoff Elimination Monday, September 28th , 2009 A close finish won't make it any easier for the Fort Wayne Farmers to end their season early. The club has now been mathematically eliminated from playoff contention for the 2009 season. "There were some things broken and some things said that are not repeatable," Farmers manager Jonathan Paul. The Farmers are still searching for their first playoff appearance. The team also missed qualifying for the postseason last season. |
