SPBC Announces Outstanding Player Award Monday, November 1st , 2010 The Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit Most Valuable Player Award has been picked for 2010 and the winner is Vacaville left fielder Ruben Hernandez. He finished his outstanding season with a .289 batting average, 91 hits, 20 home runs, 52 RBIs, .380 OBP and 70 runs scored. He received 18 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Johnny Stokes of the Las Vegas Rollers finished second in voting, while J.D. Moss of the Ottawa Capitals finished third.
