Hernandez Takes SPBC's Best Bat Trophy Friday, October 1st , 2010 Not known for his offensive prowess, Ruben Hernandez set the league afire in September and took home the Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit Batter of the Month award. The Vacaville left fielder posted a steady .330 batting average, 6 home runs, 20 RBIs and 27 runs. This year, Hernandez has hit at a .289 clip with 91 hits, 20 home runs, 52 RBIs and 70 runs scored. |
