Haines Fires 8-0 Shutout in Moose Win Monday, September 20th , 2010 Mike Haines pitched a strong game at Vegas Stadium, blanking the Las Vegas Rollers, 8-0. Haines allowed no runs on 5 hits, totaled 8 strikeouts and gave up 3 walks. Saskatoon manager Nick Walton said he could tell immediately it was going to be a good game for Haines. "Right from the start, you could see how economical he was," Walton said. "He threw a lot of strikes." To date this season, Haines has a record of 4 wins and 4 losses and a 3.98 ERA.
