Duggan Selected PBC's #1 Player Saturday, November 13th , 2010 Dewey Duggan really stood out with the bat in the Professional Baseball Circuit this year as he put together a .289 batting average. Today he was named the winner of the coveted 2010 Hitter of the Year Award. He hit his way to an award-winning season with these stats: 99 hits, 40 home runs, 82 RBIs and 69 runs scored. He received 14 first place votes out of a possible 18.
