Washington Sweeps into the Cup Qualifier Tuesday, October 5th , 2010 It was a sweet sweep for the Washington Warriors as they eased past the San Francisco Peanuts to advance to the Cup Qualifier. Washington won the final game by a 10-4 count and the series 3-0. "We're just fortunate to get through it quickly and be able to rest up for the next series," said Shane Wilder, who was named series MVP. For the series, Wilder hit .364 with a .462 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 8 RBI and scored 2 runs.
