Curt Mattson Selected September's Best Batter Friday, October 1st , 2010 Curt Mattson made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the Professional Baseball Circuit this past month. The Tampa Bay Thunder second baseman shined through the month of September and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 25-year-old hit .404 with 6 home runs, 21 RBIs and 20 runs scored. On the year, Mattson has hit .309 with 14 home runs, 59 RBIs and scored 54 runs. |
