Party's Over: Rodriguez Retires in New York City Tuesday, July 20th , 2010 New York City Blues officials flanked Evan Rodriguez as he announced his retirement from pro baseball today. Rumors have had him on the verge of retirement since late last week but were not confirmed until today. "I want to leave the game the way I came into it," said Rodriguez.
