Walk-Off Win Makes Sherbrooke 34-42
Emanuel Bilyeu was a major factor in the 8-7 Sherbrooke win over Southern California. The Canadians center fielder slugged 2 home runs, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 4. The win belonged to Gary Coltrane in relief. His record improves to 3-5. Andrew Daugherty took the loss for Southern California. The 4th-place Canadians now have a win-loss record of 34-42.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the 12th. With Sherbrooke trailing 7-6, Bilyeu jumped on a fastball from 30-year old left-handed pitcher Andrew Daugherty and hit a 2-run home run to left. With one swing, the Canadians had a walk-off win.

"Sometimes you get the ball in the right spot and it goes," said Bilyeu.
