Rollers Get One-Run Win at Winnipeg
The Las Vegas Rollers beat the Winnipeg Buffaloes, 7-6, at Goldeyes Park. The win was due in part to second baseman Ryan Ralston, who was 1-2 with a double and 2 walks, while adding 4 RBI. Tom Clifton picked up the win with 5.1 innings of work. He allowed 6 runs on 7 hits, while walking 0 and striking out 7. On the season, he is now 3-0. Simon Thornley recorded his 4th save for Las Vegas.

With Las Vegas leading 4-3 in the top of the fourth, Ralston hit a splitter from Oscar Loza for a bases-clearing double. It was his 2nd double of the season and put the Rollers ahead, 7-3.

"Winning is contagious," said Ralston. "We're looking forward to the next game."

Las Vegas, at 15-8, occupies first place in the West Division.
